Joining instructions with details of accomodation, travel, access and childcare.
We’d like to remind attendees that you are responsible for booking your own accomodation (if required) and travel to the event. The attached joining instructions have full details of how to find the venue, access information and suggested accomodation nearby. For those of you claiming back expenses for the event full details are also included please see: Joining instructions with details of accomodation, travel, access and childcare.
Lunches are provided, as well as morning/afternoon tea and coffee. The meal on Friday night is fully paid for (for those who have registered to attend this you will receive details on this shortly) and we have a table booked centrally in town from 5pm at the Somerstown Coffeehouse for those wishing to carry on discussions on the Saturday, which is more informal and you can claim back the cost of a light meal if desired.
